SCAPES AND SPACES - GRAPHICS STUDIO
How can extensive landscapes, entire regions or even just individual places be made accessible and experienced? What interventions and buildings are required and what principles underlie designs that have succeeded in creating open spaces with memorable identities? Selected landscape and park concepts as well as buildings in the landscape of different scales and from different cultures will be analysed step by step using intuitive and programmatic research methods. The seminar gives participants the opportunity to analyse the idea and form of open spaces and to gain in-depth knowledge for the design of high-quality open spaces in the context of landscape and building.
Infographics, concept models, pictograms, texts and drawings will be produced and documented in a brochure to communicate the key project content and analysis results.
