MEDIA OBJECT

For a traveling exhibition, we were asked to design a miniature cinema with two screens both for sitting and standing in front of them equipped with stereo sound for both screens as well as headphone options, storage for electronics, and four benches for the audience. We came up with two compact and mobile media objects. The media objects hold all equipment and are easily transformed into sitting objects by folding down two benches each. There are many options to combine the folding mechanisms as well as the juxtapositions of the media objects to fit any given scenario and define a unique exhibition. For transport, both media objects can fold up, require minimum space, fit through any standard door, and even into elevators.
