BIENNALE – CATALOGUE – GRAPHICS

The exhibition STRESSTEST for the German Pavilion at the 19th International Architecture Biennale in Venice makes heat stress in cities a physical experience.
The catalogue – mirroring the pavilion – is divided into two parts: STRESS illustrates the impacts of heat stress on urban environments, while DESTRESS presents cooling planning strategies. Text contributions by experts, diagrams, and photographs of best-practice examples further illuminate the topic.

ANICOWORKING was commissioned to create illustrations that vividly depict the effects of urban heat on people and vegetation.
