CLIMATE GUIDE - COBURG

A travel guide is a handbook that provides travelers with information about attractions, accommodations, and local customs to assist in planning their trips. As part of the "CO - TRAVEL" series, individual travel companions for Coburg are created by students for architecture enthusiasts and laypeople. The CO TRAVEL - CLIMATE EDITION addresses heat stress in urban areas, which are affected by heat islands. The goal is to map cool places in Coburg and highlight unused areas, focusing on their spatial and architectural quality. To emphasize this, the works were presented on a hot summer day exceeding 32 °C and remained displayed on a sunlit glass wall next to a sealed area.
